Dear Sir, I am seeking a buyer for my company. Here is a brief introduction for my company. we exporter, importer and local contractor. Magronit owns a 12,248.4 m2 in Sadat industrial city. Following are some details about the factory. 1.Location: Sadat city is located in the midpoint of Cairo-Alexandria dessert road, the only free way in Egypt. It is close to almost every sea port in Egypt. Sadat is considered the main industrial area for all the cities in Delta especially in marble as there is no other source for marble but there are three factories for granite. The factory has 88.5ml facade on the main road. 2.Low labor cost: As Sadat city is outside Great Cairo, the labor cost is cheaper than Cairo and Alexandria especially that the factory is 15-30 minute by public transportation from downtown Sadat City and Kafr Dawod. 3.Magronit has an Italian 80 blades gang saw, Italian block cutter. One Turkish 40/5tons gantry crane and 2 Turkish 5tons overhead cranes,6 semi automatic polishing machines, one calibration machine, three cutting machine. 3 portable cutting machines. Italian filter press. Three block shaping machines all the machines are brand new hours and in grantee. 4.All the complementary products required for 9 months production are in stock ( 82 blades for gang saw and a two spare sets of diamonds, two 1200mm blades for the block cutter, two 1600mm blades for block cutter and 4 450mm blades for block cutter with a spare set, wires for all cranes, abrasives and grinding wheels) all the machine accessories. 5.Four floors admin building with a total of 1,120 all electrical connection . 6.All the necessary electrical equipments from ABB. 7.Magronit factory were build by the efforts of an elite Civil and electromechanical consultants. All drawings are available in hard and soft copies. 8.Raw material (blocks) in stock value USD150,000. 9.All the original papers for machines, company paper, drawing ,suppliers will be handed over. 10.
